Your Role:
As our Director of Business Development (Ontario), your mandate is clear: proactively acquire and develop talent within the Ontario region. We’re seeking a self-starter with robust sales leadership skills, deep mortgage industry experience, and a proven record as a dynamic business developer.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactive Talent Hunting: We’re on the hunt for a relentless recruiter who actively seeks, identifies, and brings in new and seasoned mortgage agents/brokers.
- Agent Empowerment: Mentor agents to unlock their full potential and boost production.
- Strategic Alliances: Cultivate and maintain pivotal relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Industry Ambassadorship: Represent Swivel at industry events and shows, collaborating closely with our executive leadership team.
- Market Expertise: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations, and leverage your knowledge to provide invaluable advice to our agent/broker network.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
