Jared Dreyer has been a mortgage broker for 25 years and is committed to the industry and supporting the success of VERICO mortgage brokers in his current role as VERICO Vice President, Corporate Relations.

Prior to joining VERICO Canada, Jared operated Dreyer Group Mortgages, a proud member of the VERICO Network since inception on Aug 1, 2005.

Jared has been recognized as an industry award winner with various industry partners and within the VERICO network for business growth and total production.

Jared is a staunch believer in giving back to the industry and has volunteered over the past eight years as director of provincial and national mortgage associations. Jared has served as MBABC President and was Chair of Mortgage Professionals Canada for the 2015/ 2016 year.

Pin Luk has been a part of the VERICO Canada head office team since 2011.

She joined the company as a Marketing Manager and is currently the VP of Operations where she is focused on leading the Marketing Communications team and delivering support to the VERICO Sales and Service teams as well as to 200+ VERICO Firms.

Her scope of responsibilities includes marketing, communications and corporate initiatives, supporting technology initiatives, and conference management.

She has extensive experience in supporting large networks and individual businesses having worked at the head office of one of Canada’s largest real estate brands, PwC and Accenture.

Her best work has included assisting VERICO’s win of three CMA Network of the Year awards, surprising a little girl in Manitoba with a VIP trip to Toronto, working with Michael Campbell, the VERICO Economist, and creating unforgettable experiences for VERICO members at conferences and gala dinners.

Martin Marshall has been with VERICO since October of 2008 and currently holds the position of Regional Vice President, Business Relationships, Eastern Canada.

Mr. Marshall has a long and successful career spanning over 30 years in the mortgage industry, both on the institutional lending side and with one of the industry’s largest National Brands. His vision is simple-to help all VERICO members become more successful through the utilization of the tools, technology and industry experience that VERICO provides its members.

A licensed mortgage broker through FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario) since 2007, Mr. Marshall is highly respected for his expertise in sales, marketing, administration, and credit operations in managerial and executive positions with companies such as Household Finance, National Bank, Household Trust, SunLife Trust, Laurentian Bank and B2B Bank.

Kristy brings a broad and sound knowledge base with experience within various industries; and is distinguished by her passion to help fellow entrepreneurs succeed.

With a successful history of providing the highest level of client satisfaction, Kristy’s strong relationship building is the foundation of everything she does.

Before joining VERICO, Kristy managed and administrated all aspects of a relationship building program; building and nurturing professional relationships with various high-profile stakeholders such as Founders/CEOs, and business/academic community leaders across the Prairies.

Kristy joined The Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA) as a director for the 2022 term.

With her commitment to exceeding customer expectations and her contagious enthusiasm, Kristy will be a great asset to our organization.

Kate Arviko started her career in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry as a Market Analyst working with Canadian Retailers to help them develop their market share & grow their brands. She then transitioned to Consumer Electronics where she managed the online sales and promotions for a Canadian retailer.  Her passion for renovating homes led her to the mortgage industry in 2014, which more aligned with her long term goals.

She has held roles on the lender and insurance side of the Mortgage Industry and is currently the VP of Business and Network Development for VERICO Financial group. In her spare time, Kate runs a DIY & Home maintenance YouTube channel, KDA Designs.
