I wish to participate in the Pre-Qualification Lead Generation program and undertake to comply with the following conditions:

• I will contact the customer lead as soon as possible;
• I agree not to sell or transfer this lead to another agent;
• I will provide customer with ongoing communication and support with any mortgage questions and applications;
• I agree to pay a fee of $10 for each lead I receive. (fees will be charged monthly in the method that my VERICO monthly dues are processed.)
• I agree to the privacy, terms and conditions that are presented to clients through this program.
• I agree to updated privacy policy on my mortgageweb website.

The terms and conditions of the Pre-Qualification Lead Generation program can be changed at any time on simple written notice of 30 days.

Participation in the Pre-Qualification Lead Generation Program is completely voluntary, and I can opt out at any time. Fees for any leads already assigned will continue to be due.

Failure to complete the above conditions may exclude me from ongoing participation.
