Mortgageville is seeking a highly driven Director of Sales & Strategy to lead our sales team, elevate productivity, and drive the continued growth of our client base and brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and goal-setting.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize client relationships using CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Expand Mortgageville’s client base and market presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Enhance team processes, workflows, and performance metrics to support consistent improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with: Excel, CRM platforms, Word, Outlook, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Filogix, FINMO, BOSS, and Zoom.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Proven track record in sales management or business development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong mortgage knowledge, including underwriting, qualification processes, sales execution, and lender guidelines/products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ontario Mortgage Agent or Broker License
Work Arrangement
- Full-time, Remote (Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area for occasional in-person meetings or events.)
