Are you passionate about helping families achieve their homeownership and financial goals? Do you speak Tagalog or Filipino and want to use your skills to make a meaningful impact in your community? We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ financial records and set clear goals and strategies
- Guide clients through personalized financial and mortgage planning
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders
- Coordinate and communicate mortgage approvals and next steps with clients
- Ensure files are matched with the most appropriate lender product
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
- Underwrite deals using platforms such as Filogix Expert, Finmo, or Velocity
- Stay connected with clients, referral partners, and realtors throughout the process
- Interview mortgage applicants and provide tailored loan solutions
- Assess applicants’ creditworthiness and complete loan documentation
- Support clients during and after deal closing
- Oversee task delegation to support staff and ensure timelines and procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Tagalog/Filipino (preferred, not required)
- Experience in mortgage underwriting and client management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and mortgage submission platforms
- A collaborative mindset and a client-first attitudeO
Compensation:
Earn between $50,000 to $120,000 based on experience and performance.
